- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
- Items that are damaged, used, or missing original packaging will not be eligible for a return.
- Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from www.tramora.in.
Non-Returnable Items:
Any item that has been damaged due to misuse or improper handling will not be eligible for return.
Return Process:

- Our team will review and approve your request.
- Once your request is approved, your return will be picked up in 24 hours.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 10 business days to your original payment method.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used during checkout.
- Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
- Depending on your payment provider, the refund may take 14 business days to reflect in your account.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please include photos or videos of the issue and connect with our team on whatsapp. We’ll gladly arrange a replacement or provide a refund, whichever you prefer.
