Return, Refund and Exchange Policy

At Tramora, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return and refund under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility:

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
  • Items that are damaged, used, or missing original packaging will not be eligible for a return.
  • Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from www.tramora.in.

Non-Returnable Items:

Any item that has been damaged due to misuse or improper handling will not be eligible for return.

Return Process:

  1. To initiate a return, please use this link - Raise a return/exchange request.
  2. Our team will review and approve your request.
  3. Once your request is approved, your return will be picked up in 24 hours.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used during checkout.
  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
  • Depending on your payment provider, the refund may take 14 business days to reflect in your account.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please include photos or videos of the issue and connect with our team on whatsapp. We’ll gladly arrange a replacement or provide a refund, whichever you prefer.
