RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving the product. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team at hello@tramora.com.
You can return or exchange your Tramora product within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unused and in its original packaging.
To start the process, email hello@tramora.com with your order details.
We do NOT accept returns or exchanges for products that are:
- Used
- Missing original packaging
- Damaged due to abuse or negligence (e.g., exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame, high heat, sharp objects, etc.)
- Damaged due to misuse or unintended purposes
Refunds are processed once the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse to confirm it meets our return policy criteria. After approval, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 1–2 business days.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
All products at Tramora include GST.
