How do I initiate a return or exchange request?
You can return or exchange your Tramora product within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. To start the process, email hello@tramora.com with your order details.
We do NOT accept returns or exchanges for products that are:
Used
Missing original packaging
Damaged due to abuse or negligence (e.g., exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame, high heat, sharp objects, etc.)
Damaged due to misuse or unintended purposes
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed once the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse to confirm it meets our return policy criteria. After approval, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 1–2 business days.
Will my shipping costs be refunded if I return my order?
