Shipping Timeline

All orders (except T3) are processed in 2-3 business days upon receipt.

T3 orders are processed in 3-4 weeks.

Please note: All timelines mentioned above refer to dispatch timelines. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the shipping location and courier partner.

Shipping Process

• Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

• Orders will be shipped via our trusted logistics partners from our warehouse in Mumbai.

Address Changes & Order Modifications

• No, once an order is placed we are unable to change the address. However, please reach out to us on whatsapp & we will see if it is possible.

• If an order is shipped to an incorrect address provided by you, we will request for a return and any return shipping address will have to be borne by the customer.

Order Cancellations

• You can cancel your order at any time before it is shipped. Once the order has been shipped, cancellations will no longer be possible. However, we can request a return of the shipment to our warehouse.

• Please note: In such cases, both outbound and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from hello@tramora.in.
  

• You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress through our logistics partner’s website.

Lost Packages

• In the unfortunate event that your package is lost in transit, please reach out to our support team at hello@tramora.in.

• We’ll work closely with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
